Timofey, born in Ukraine to a farmer-agronomist’s family, grew up surrounded by fresh produce and animals, shaping his focus on carefully chosen seasonal ingredients. His philosophy is rooted in sourcing quality products from markets and hidden places, making ingredient selection the core of his cooking.
Blending global cuisines, his style transforms clean flavors into balanced dishes and sauces. At FLØR, ingredients are reimagined—like turning beets into sauces and ice cream—reflecting a unique, soulful approach that values originality over trends.
